Refund

Product sold online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the following criteria is met 

  • The Item has not been received by Buyer
  • The Item was defective and/or physical damaged upon receiving
  • Received the wrong product(s)

For any return request that fall under the below category will not be considered:

  • Product colors differ from those seen on the device display
  • There may be 1-4cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement. Therefore bought the wrong size as return reason will not be accepted

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 

Returns must be done within three (3) working days of the refund request being granted. The owner reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the customer fails to ship the returned item within the validity period.

Only regular priced items may be refunded and sale items cannot be refunded. 

Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

The approval for return must be obtained by www.sunflowerc.com.

Sunflowerc will not accept returns without prior mutual agreement between customer and shop owner. To return a damaged items, please Whatsapp us at 011-1097 1014.
